Andrew Constance, Minister for Transport and Infrastructure; John Karaboulis, Executive Director, Service Delivery & Performance from Transport for NSW; Melinda Bailey, the RMS Executive Director, Compliance & Regulatory Services; and Barbara Wise, NSW Point to Point Commissioner.
