Your role is to keep public transport performing at a level that meets and exceeds the expectations of the community. You ensure that additional services are available to cope with unusual demand or disruptions; monitor the performance of transport operators; and oversee the day-to-day performance of all public transport in your area.

You look to technology for more efficient and budget-friendly ways to drive performance, improve customer satisfaction and manage a complex network of multiple contract operators and other stakeholders.
